Abstract

In this article we present a summary of the main contributions and scientific activities of the First International Colloquium on Geohumanities held in Barcelona in October 2016, organized by the Association of Spanish Geographers, the Catalan Geographic Society and the Universities of Girona and Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona. In the first part we analyze the content of the colloquium and in the second part we present a brief review of the articles that are part of this monographic issue of Treballs of the SCG.
