Abstract

This article contains comments on and transcriptions of 20 documents that refer to the Jews of Cervera and span the years 1351 and 1481. One of the documents sets out the conditions established in a marriage contract, 18 of them provide information on dowries and donations, and one arose from a repudiation. The names of the Jews mentioned in the documents are listed at the end of the article.
