Llobet i Portella Universitat Nacional d’Educació a Distància, Centre Associat de Cervera https://orcid.org/0009-0001-2864-6976 DOI: 10.2436/20.1006.01.102 Keywords: Christians, Jews, relations as neighbours, municipal authorities, town, municipal rules, public works, loans, privileges, Cervera, years 1439-1450 Abstract In this article, we discuss the content of 46 documents from the Segarra Regional Archive (ACSG). Dating from the years 1439-1450, they refer to the relations as neighbours between Christians and Jews in Cervera over the period in question. Specifically, we shed light on the following aspects: separation within the town; the protection of Jews; the work Jews performed for the municipal authorities; adherence to municipal rules; public works; loans from Jews; and the defence of the town’s privileges. We then list the publications cited in our discussion and, in an appendix, transcribe the 46 documents examined. Downloads Download data is not yet available.
