Abstract

The label of food is an essential element of food safety for those who suffer fromallergies and/or food intolerance. The regulations on labeling of foods has been amended in the EU to provide consumers complete and detailed information of food responsible for themajority of adverse reactions among the people so that affected consumers canmake a choice appropriate to their needs and eliminate the risk of suffering an adverse reaction.
