A survey of the natural regions of Catalonia (Mancomunitat, 1917)

Abstract

In January 1917, the Mancomunitat of Catalonia sent to the municipalities an agrarian questionnaire; it also asked for the natural region that they belonged. The survey of the Mancomunitat was done 15 years before that of the republican Generalitat, made by the Commission of territorial division, led by Pau Vila. We report the results of this first survey, almost unknown until now.
