Articles, written in Catalan, Spanish or English, must be submitted via the email address revistacomunicacio@correu.iec.cat, in accordance with the guidelines published on the SCC website. There is no submission deadline. Articles will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review system.

Formal writing requirements:

Articles must comply with the following formal characteristics of the journal (all information is available through the link to the submission guidelines):

• Articles must be unpublished and not under review in any other journal.
• The first page must include the title in Catalan and English (at the top), as well as an abstract of between 100 and 150 words, and 6 keywords in Catalan, English and the language of the article.
• The writing style must use Times New Roman font, 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.
• Articles must be between 6,000 and 8,000 words in length.
• Notes must be placed at the end of the document, numbered continuously throughout the text (not restarting on each page), in 10 pt font.

We inform you that Comunicació. Revista de Recerca i d’Anàlisi has recently been included in the JCR index of Web of Science–Clarivate. In 2018 it was selected for inclusion in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), an index produced by Thomson Reuters that includes journals considered for future inclusion in the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI-ISI).

Thus, all articles published in Comunicació. Revista de Recerca i d’Anàlisi are now included in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) database, which will increase their visibility within the international scientific community.

Furthermore, Comunicació. Revista de Recerca i d’Anàlisi is also indexed in: Latindex, MIAR, DICE, RESH, ISOC-CSIC, DOAJ, e-revist@s, Racó, Dialnet and CBUC, CCUC, and—under its former title Treballs de Comunicació—in Carhus Plus 2010 and IN-RECS. It also holds position 321 in the EC3 ranking of communication journals.
