Abstract

First steps towards assessing training transfer: reflections prior to starting the research project. The aim of the paper was to present the first steps of a research project with the aim of analysing and assessing the opportunities and difficulties of introducing a training transfer assessment model within the context of local public administration. Thus, the aim of the paper is neither to present the final results of a research project nor the research process, but to introduce the initial reflections that gave rise to this research project, as well as the construction of an initial conceptual framework of training transfer assessment.
