Abstract

In this article, several of the philosophical principles of the rich intellectual production of Josep Maria Capdevila have been pointed. In addition, one of his works, written in 1961 and titled On the threshold of philosophy. Correspondence with Maurici Serrahima, has been presented. Thus, as one among other projects, it recapitulates the desire that the author had in order to review his own work and to delimit the different starting points of philosophical, ethical or political and social, which conformed the basis of his writings. This «project» remained, however, as an unfinished work that someday should be reviewed and studied.
