Abstract

The experience of a public transport user can be improved through the use of technological mechanisms and tools. The aim of this article is to describe a practical case of such use by applying augmented reality to promote the accessibility of people with reduced mobility (PRMs) to the different transport operators integrated within Barcelona’s Metropolitan Transport Authority by means of a client/server application.
