Abstract

Leonardo da Vinci may perhaps be considered the Humanist par excellence, combining the fields of art, science, design and technology. In this paper we present a pedagogical experience inspired by Leonardo’s Humanism. It involves the performance, within the framework of vocational training, of a so-called real cross-disciplinary project, i.e. a project in which students carry out a professional task, incorporating everything they have learnt in the different modules of vocational training subjects, where appropriate in close collaboration with a company or an organisation external to the school.
