The Revista Catalana de Pedagogia is now accepting submissions for its upcoming issue dedicated to the internationalization of research in pedagogy and education, a strategic focus that is gaining relevance in an interconnected and constantly changing world.

In a context marked by interdependence among education systems, the internationalization of educational research becomes a key strategy for enriching pedagogical perspectives, fostering collaboration between institutions, and generating shared responses to major global challenges. This international outlook not only strengthens scientific quality but also contributes to building a more diverse, inclusive, and contextually grounded pedagogy across multiple realities.

This special issue aims to gather contributions that analyze how educational research is expanding and connecting at an international level, generating academic partnerships, joint projects, researcher mobility, and transnational impact. Submissions that reflect on the challenges, opportunities, and practices shaping this process are welcome.

Submissions must be original and unpublished, and must follow the publication guidelines of the Revista Catalana de Pedagogia.

Special consideration will be given to contributions with international collaboration, as well as submissions authored by researchers affiliated with institutions in different countries.

Articles may be submitted in Catalan or English. Accepted manuscripts will be published in one of the following sections:

– Research articles: maximum length of 8,000 words and minimum of 4,500. They must include the following sections: introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions and discussion, and references.
– Experience-based articles: length between 4,000 and 5,000 words. They must include the following sections: introduction, context of the proposal, intervention proposal, conclusions/discussion, and references.
