What do male biologists do? May we assume that the gender bias that is found in most professions is also present in the jobs we do as biologists? Or would it perhaps be better, as occurs with inclusive language, not to refer to gender at all when talking about our field? Be this as it may, it would appear that in the case of people with higher education, gender-based differences in employment are tending to disappear.
