Models basats en l’individu per representar i investigar poblacions microbianes amb creixement no planctònic Authors Marta Ginovart Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya Meritxell Font Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya Abstract Un model, una representació idealitzada i aproximada, per a una població microbiana, pot ser desenvolupat a partir d’un disseny complicat i sofisticat, si es volen abordar qüestions en detall o tractar determinats aspectes amb profunditat, o pot ser generat a partir d’un disseny més simple, si prèviament s’han fet moltes assumpcions i són diverses les hipòtesis que el suporten. Segons siguin les preguntes que volem que el model pugui respondre, haurem d’escollir el tipus de modelització més convenient, depenent principalment de les característiques pròpies del sistema a tractar, dels objectius fixats en l’estudi, i de les dades experimentals de què es disposen per abordar l’anàlisi corresponent.
