Noves formes d'ocupació i empresa: una anàlisi tipològica

Abstract

The article questions the common analysis on the new forms of employment that only takes into consideration the effects of the manpower external flexible redeployment in the incentives and restrictions to stabilize the labour force, seeing at the same time these last factors as elements that can be similar in all labour relations. To this end, it draws up some of the last contributions of the labour market segmentation theory and also shows a typology that exposes the fertility of these contributions. In this sense, its thought that the typology systematizes the degree of use of the new forms of employment in the different more commonly considered companie contexts and englobe a great number of phenomena closely related to this subject.
