Abstract

The socio-economic discourse unanimously give unquestionable importance to investment in «human capital» as a condition for labour integration and promotion. However, one must meditate on the real beneficial effect of such an investment for such an effect, in particular when one refers exclusively to curricular education and training. This article pretends to focus on the training factors that are acquired and transmitted informally in the company, which are less obvious but sometimes more important than those acquired by regulated means. A large part of the relations that take place in the company involve this training component, though many times it remains ethereal and almost invisible. In relation to this training content the article puts forward two objectives: a) to analyse the structure of the network of invisibly distributed training, b) to examine the superimposition of this structure with the hierarchy in the company. To achieve these objectives two different communicative networks are built, applying to them the usual procedures and concepts of Social Network Analysis.
