Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive review of the actions led by Catalonias foremost public institutions, the parliament and government of Catalonia and the Memorial Democràtic institution, to secure annulments for trials occurring under Francos dictatorship, focusing on the case of President Lluís Companys.
