Abstract

Catalonia started to play in one of the modern leagues of global journalism with Domènec de Bellmunt: reporting. In the 1920s and 1930s, if journalists wanted to explain that fast, fragmentary, elusive world they had to write reports. Domènec de Bellmunt was one of the fi rst Catalan reporters and the veritable ideologue of Catalonias reporting and of journalisms new elite corps: reporters.
