Abstract

This text explains the process for which the electoral conglomerate of the Regionalist League became a modern political party with a stable staff, a well-defined ideology, some spokesman and a complex electoral strategy (for Barcelona, the rest of Catalonia and the set of Spanish policy). Also coinciding with this time of occurrence of noucentisme policy, make your program of government (since then in practice by the Mancomunitat). It also discusses how this situation allowed the League to achieve a real contact with wide layers of society and is at the end of this stage in the outbreak of the Tragic Week.
