Abstract

This article aims to expose the relationship of the jurist Francesc Maspons and Anglasell (1872-1966) with the League of Nations. To this end, the activity of Maspons is addressed in the advisory bodies of the League of Nations, referringmainly to the Catalan question, and his task of disseminating the work of that organization within the scope of Catalonia. Likewise, the influence that the ideology of the League of Nations had on Maspons is analysed, including the opinions of this author about their influence in the birth of the European Communities.
