Abstract

These dayswhenwe go on a trip, we typically use GPS or look up the route on GoogleMaps with our phones;we can find out the distance, the duration, and even the cost of the trip.We don'tmake any calculations ourselves,we just use digital tools now available to anyone. Schools cannot turn their backs on technology, especially in primary education,which is when children start using it, but teachers must now assess the role that each digital tool should play in our students' learning ofmathematics. Workbooks, rulers, compasses...materials such multicube games, or the Creator... we have had all of them. Let's now take advantage of the digital resourceswe have tomake learningmaths easier andmore stimulating for our students.
