But to know how to percive reality withmathematical eyes needs training andmotivation. In this paper we describe the use of photography for such purposes, giving some examples of activities for the classroomof Elementary Education. At the same time we give indications on how to promote reasoning and the understanding of concepts and relations which are present in the pictures.
