Regressió i correlació lineal. Teoria i pràctica Authors Francesc Carreras Antoni Magaña Abstract The principle of least squares makes it possible to construct the two regression lines of a two´dimensional distribution. The correlation coefficient between the two variables coincides with the square root of the product of the slopes of the two lines. Generalization to more variables follows a similar pattern. After a commented review of this theoretical material, we apply it to the study of several concrete situations and interpret the results obtained. Downloads Download data is not yet available.
