Una experiència de canvi metodològic en matemàtiques al cicle inicial de primària

Abstract

At Las Seguidillas School in Badía del Vallés, towards the end of the 2013-2014 academic year, we decided to implement a methodological change inmathematics teaching, puttingmanipulativework and significant aspects related to the environment at the core of our educational activities. In this paper we set out the motivations behind this change, the key concepts of ourmethodology, some examples of everyday classroom activities and, finally, an evaluation of the change, including the pupils' results, after five years of experience.
