Abstract

This paper makes a historical, technical and humanistic tour of the Tibidabo Automata Museum. This is an emblematic institution of Barcelona and Europe at large, where the magic of technology blends with amusement, curiosity and history. As we will see, it represents a melding of art and crafts to create entertainment, forming a unique communion of technology and the curious gaze of the child we all have inside.
