Espumes sòlides i líquides: principals característiques i aplicacions Authors Norma Merchán Abstract Foams, either liquid or solid, show a large number of interesting phyisico-chemical features that are at the origin of important technological applications that range from everyday products, such as bread or shaving foams, to the more specialized fire extinguishing foams or their use in impurity separation processes for minerals.
