Abstract

In order to offer to everybody interested on, especially to different professionals of agricultural sector, the overall Catalonia in force provisions of law in agri-environmental area, for that environmental legislation applicable to agricultural land has been assembled and organised. To facilitate to the users the legislation location, the main information sources of legislation and current terminology used in these regulations are also included. The agri-environmental legislation has been organised according to the soil uses (agricultural use, forest use, pasture land, stockbreeding activities and other economical activities), the most usual human activities, the environmental protection tools and the measures for nature conservation.
