Caracterització i anàlisi de preus del sector boví

Abstract

This study is divided in two different parts. The first part talk to characterization of bovine sector: as the sector found in this time, census, classification of canals, specific denomination and specific quality, tendency of the section, CLARA program, GATT, and CAP (Common Agrarian Policy), etc. The second part of the study talk to essential analysis with the evolution of price sector (is studing by periods of 1993-1996 years), and continuate is talking about technical stadistic analysis. This part is talking to different types of study and his developed, this analisys are: Buys-Ballot table, average mobile, exponential smooth, autocorrelation and biserial correlation in different markets.
