Abstract

The Cadí Dairy Cooperative (1915-2015) is a case study of great interest because it is an exception in the dairy processing sector in Catalonia. For one hundred years, Cadí has applied a strategy based on added value, brand, quality, innovation and cooperation that has allowed it to survive in changing socioeconomic contexts. In this paper we summarize the main historical facts, success factors and current challenges.
