Abstract

The article offers a vision of the relationship between the cultural world and sport, in particular football, during the Interwar period in Catalonia. Beginning with a definition of sport and an introduction to its practice in Catalonia, the article describes the context where some cultural and sportive initiatives of that period in Barcelona.
