Possibilitats i riscs de les fonts orals en la investigació historicoeducativa = Possibilities and risks of oral sources in historic and educational research
Abstract
Oral sources are a particularly suitable methodology for allowing social groups traditionally excluded from official history to voice their concerns. Their techniques, which particularly include the biographical method, stories about life and the accounts of school life, may be used in the twofold sense of historical and educational research and as an in-class tool. Their main contribution, the possibility of reconstructing school memory by recovering facts with the added value of the subjectivity of the people involved, is also their main risk, which may be offset by means of the rigorous application of the verification criteria that scientific methodology demands of all sources.Downloads
