Abstract

The present communication aims to examine trough phenomenology the affective disposition of domination as a structural element of the intersubjective phenomenon of human imposition. In order to develop this descriptive exploration, it fixes the proposal of Edmund Husserl of the naive communicative intention across the structure of the I-you within the framework of forms that can finally acquire this type of domination. Finally, it reaches the following conclusion: the phenomenon of imposition is directly linked to the historicity and passivity of experience. The search for this genesis will be fundamental not only for the verification of the knowledge that provides the Fremderfahrung and its emptiness, but also for the philosophical reflection of the limits of the description in the announced danger of remaining too long in philosophical circularities as contemporaries, following the argument of the third man of Plato.
