Abstract

In our study we focus on the Mediterranean Seaboard Region from a long-term perspective. The determining factors for better growth in the coming expansionary phase lie in an analysis of efficient, solvent companies, prepared for any kind of financial pressure. Moreover, we must also consider an evaluation of the educational system and introduce an entrepreneurial culture, as well as the financial system with a correct appraisal of risks and support for production projects with a financially balanced public sector and with medium and long-term policies.
