Infraestructures, territori i medi ambient Authors Pere Lleonart Carles Mendieta Abstract This presentation is divided into four parts. The first part is a more quantitative introduction on the evolution of investment infrastructures and details how the latter has brought us to this current deficit situation. In the second part of the article, the geostrategic potential for the Catalan economy is analysed, more concretely the port and airport. The third part provides some food for thought on the PITC plan, and the fourth and last part is a summary, with some pointers to stimulate debate.
