It addresses issues such as communitarian feminism, lesbianism in indigenous communities, oppression of the Aymara language by the Spanish, Indigenous textualities and the links between Western feminism and communitarian feminism. Paredes agreed to this interview on the condition that it had to be a communitarian interview, which included women who are part of the Comunidad Mujeres Creando as well as the Asamblea Feminista Comunitaria. Because of this, the interview is divided into two parts, the first which portrays a dialogue with the author, and the second, which is a dialogue with Paredes and women from those communities.
