L'himnari SMV 62 de la seu de Mallorca. Descripció i proposta musical Authors Romà Escalas i Llimona Abstract After a new review of the original hymnal SMV 62 of Majorca Cathedral, basing ourselves on the works contained in its now existent 145 fols., we have completed the index of the hymnals contents, supplementing it with specific information on the seven different types of notation observed in this book. With this information, we seek to establish a new basis for subsequent studies and transcriptions, allowing them to be made with a greater historical and interpretive rigour. The variants of and additions to the original notation of the works lead us towards a new dating. We conclude by proposing the recovery of the lost pages, we announce a transcription and a critical study, and we make a proposal in relation to the music of the times of Ramon Llull in Majorca.
