Contribution to popular culture at the turn of the 18th century. Within the collection Fons Verdú at the Biblioteca de Catalunya in Barcelona there is one of the few known villancicos in Catalan: Esta nit gloriosa by Francesc Salvat. Its text, related to a turn of the 18th-century domestic context, refers to numerous objects found in a household with children and which are grouped in a glossary of terms to help to understand and contextualized the text.
