La iconografia musical a Menorca del segle XVIII a principis del segle XX Authors Sara Guasteví Olives Abstract This paper gives a description of the pictorial musical iconography in the few documents in which the musical instruments of 18th-early 20th centuries Minorca are highlighted, analyzing all possible sources to establish a context that explains them, with particular attention to Pasqual Calbó i Caldés's painting Festa en el riu Pla, which is of special interest because of the number and diversity of musical instruments that appear in it.
