Abstract

This paper discusses the achievements in reducing the usage of chemical reagents used by students in their practical work of the Faculty of Chemistry teaching laboratories, at the University of Valencia. The change to the smaller scale working model has both economic and environmental advantages as a consequence of the lower volume of residues generated.
