Abstract This work introduces some reflections about how a group of teachers reimagine the labwork from home, for different subjects of the School of Chemistry at UNAM. Through vignettes, teachers narrate what they do and how they do changes in their teaching practice, and each reflection is accompanied by another teacher’s commentary. Some changes in the approach are reported, as well as different teaching experiences where procedural abilities and thinking skills are developed. In such experiences scientific thinking is mainly promoted, as well as the use of digital tools for experimental online teaching.
