Abstract

Who was this philosopher? Sol Ferrer says that his father considered him the author who had most influenced him. Jean-Marie Guyau, despite its short life, is an author at the crossroads of several eras. His views on education earned him an international audience. With the support of a moral philosophy, he wrote about how education should be in order to enable young people to cope with a new, complex and difficult world in the best conditions.
