Abstract

During the practical dismantlement of the New Unified School Council, Josep Puig i Elias, its maximum responsible, carries out an assessment of the revolutionary experience that reorganized the educational system of Catalonia during the Civil War. This analysis approaches the principal attainments and the problems that made the period difficult. In the introduction, Josep Gonzalez-Agàpito values this singular educational stage and places the document in its social and political context.
