Abstract

The chapter that José Blat Gimeno devotes in his memoirs to the educational reform of 1970 is presented in this article. He was then in charge of coordinating the preparation of the so-called White Book and drafting the bill of the Education Law. These pages constitute the testimony of one of the architects of this restructuring of our educational system, which will soon have been operational for 50 years.
