On female education and training and the role of women in the social reform of Ramon Llull

Abstract

The Art of Ramon Llull is a technique that serves to come to the knowledge of God. Convinced that the ultimate aim for which man was created is to love God, Ramon Llull deploys his Art with all the literary, stylistic and linguistic resources possible, in order to reach everyone, including women as a potential target of the Art. In this article an analysis is made of the strategies that Llull used to educate the female audience with his Art.
