Ideas on intellectual knowledge in Ramon Llull Authors Gabriel Ensenyat Pujol Universitat de les Illes Balears (Espanya) Keywords: Knowledge, Ramon Llull, 13th century. Abstract In the time of Ramon Llull we become aware of a change in relationship with the previous view on knowledge, seen with hostility by those who considered it an obstacle to salvation and, if anything, a gift from God that did not allow any profit to whosoever transmitted it. In the 13th century the perspective changes, with the favourable opinion of the mendicants (albeit with some reticence), followed by Ramon Llull, who, as usual, does not keep his opinion to himself. The new insight into the issue, passed through the Lay Brother’s filter, is the theme of the article.Key words: Knowledge, Ramon Llull, 13th century. Downloads Download data is not yet available.
