La fraseología jurídica en el Libro de buen amor Autors/ores Encarnación Tabares Plasencia Resum In this paper we analyse the legal phraseology in the Libro de buen amor, with special reference to the fable «pleito quel lobo e la rraposa que ovieron ante don Ximio, alcalde de Bugía». First, this text is is looked at within the framework of the trends in law and literature studies and diachronic phraseology. Secondly, we attempt a classification of the legal phrasal units in this excerpt from El arcipreste de Hita. Finally, we examine the legal phrasal units in the light of their preservation in present-day judicial language.
