(DOI: 10.2436/20.3000.02.48) Authors Mariona Lozano Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona Keywords: occupational mobility, immigration, gender, work-life balance Abstract This paper studies the occupational mobility of immigrant women by analysing their work-life balance strategies. However, the segmented structure of the job market must also be taken into account in the analysis. Key words: occupational mobility, immigration, gender, work-life balance.Original source: Revista Catalana de Sociologia, 30: 67-80 (2015). Downloads Download data is not yet available.
