Abstract

This paper details the evolution of the understanding of Ramon Llulls legal ideas from Savigny to the present, through interpretations of Wohlhaupter, Fray Andreu de Palma, Elías de Tejada and other historians and philosophers of law. In line with the theory of Elías de Tejada, the article argues that it is necessary to study the legal ideas of Llull from an interdisciplinary perspective, analyzing their historical context and dogmatic, methodological and epistemological aspects, with special attention to the relationship between law and other disciplines.
