Specifically, it examines the activities aimed at disseminating the Catalan language by the Casal Cultural de Tremp between 1929 to 1938: from the beginning of this institution until the military invasion in Tremp by the Francoist army. During this period, the institution promoted activities like Catalan language readings (1932-1938), lectures (1930-1932), Catalan language courses (1932), cinema (1930-1938) and plays. With this paper, we can say that the Casal Cultural was a true engine driving education. Downloads Download data is not yet available.
