Abstract

We live in a world where natural resources are scarce for the people living therein. Our pupils are the adults of tomorrow and it is our responsibility for an education for sustainable development. We designed, applied and evaluated a teaching sequence about the paper production from its raw materials. Activities were held in interaction between classroom and non-formal environment of the Museu do Papel Terras de Santa Maria (Portugal).
