El Vi com a recurs didàctic Authors José Antonio Martínez Pons Abstract Using wine as a conductor, a set of experiences aimed at secondary, while being easily extendable university students, are proposed. Some of them adapt easily implemented winemaking techniques while being low cost, and in some cases are performed with homemade measuring built by students. The experiences help integrate phenomena in chemistry and physics to the methodology of wine culture testing quality control.
